Valid for 3 years from date of purchase • Certificate must be mentioned at time of booking • Not redeemable for cash • No cash refund or change of treatment to that of a lesser value • May not be used to purchase products • We require 24 hours notice for change of appointment time or cancellation • 50% will be deducted from the value of your gift certificate for failure to turn up to a scheduled appointment without notice.
